When you smoke from this pipe, you can use an action to exhale a puff of smoke that takes the shape you imagine, such as a dragon, an otter, or an object. The shape must be small enough to fit within a cube with 50 cm edges and returns to an ordinary puff of smoke after a few seconds.

This pipe has 2 charges that you can expend as an action to cast:

• Fog Cloud (1 charge),
• Dragon’s Breath (1 charge), with a difficulty equal to 10 + your Constitution modifier.

A wizard can use this pipe as an arcane focus. The saving throw DC then becomes their spellcasting DC.
