This cape is attuned to the feats happening around it, conveying a portion of the inspiration it inspires to its wearer. When you are attuned to this cape, whenever you or one of your allies within a 60-foot radius regains or uses an inspiration point, you gain temporary hit points equal to the sum of your Constitution modifier and your level.
