Sepster

Storyteller – “It was better before…”

My love for the fantasy universe began long ago, back in the days of the blue and red boxes of Dungeons and Dragons. Without giving away too many temporal clues, let’s just say that dragons weren’t quite chained yet.

Call of Cthulhu also resonated within me, pulling me into the unspeakable darkness of Lovecraftian horror. Thus, I naturally delved into the realm of Ravenloft, sowing terror with a burning passion.

In my daily life, I run a communication company. So when I don the storyteller’s jacket, I use all my communication skills to immerse my players in stories that are as thrilling as they are nightmarish. Let’s not forget that the power of words is as potent as a well-cast spell.

So, if you’re ready to plunge into the unknown, face creatures that haunt the corners of the soul, and experience adventures where fear and excitement coexist, join me where imagination becomes reality, and where every choice can change the course of a story.

Padnon

Storyteller – “…Ok boomer.”

At the height of my thirties, I am the youngest goblin of the bunch, but also the most intrepid!

The world of heroic fantasy has accompanied me since my earliest childhood, yet it wasn’t until 2019 that I truly immersed myself in the enchanting realm of role-playing games. Just like my illustrious colleague Sepster, I am drawn to horror and Cthulhu-esque universes, but what excites me even more are the scenarios that immerse players in a diverse and rich world, particularly urban campaigns like Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, where one can effortlessly blend content with subtle intrigues, intertwined investigations, intense roleplay, and tactical combat, all in a carefully balanced mix.

In my everyday life, I work as a project engineer, and it naturally falls to me to take on the role of rules guardian as well as providing technical assistance for our gaming platforms such as Roll20 or FoundryVTT, where I work daily to make our players’ experiences ever more immersive.

Bast

“Ze Bard”

Music has been my companion for over thirty years, a path where I have explored various facets, whether it be composition, mixing, or expressing my art as a musician. This diversity has allowed me to embrace every aspect of music creation with passion and dedication. My journey led me to join a post-rock band, where my multiple roles became more than just an asset. At the heart of this collective, I juggled between composition, artistic direction, and execution, weaving melodies that transcended conventional boundaries.

About twenty years ago, I opened the enchanting doors of role-playing games, discovering a fascinating world through epic adventures, particularly in the captivating universe of D&D 3.5. This immersion shaped me, forging my imagination.

My thirst to combine music and fantasy worlds plunged me into the creation of ambient music, fervently exploring immersive soundscapes. My penchant for dark and icy atmospheres has paved my way, giving birth to captivating compositions capable of transporting the listener to worlds filled with mystery and fantasy.
